Terms & Conditions
Welcome to LP Styled! By booking an appointment or purchasing a styling package, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scheduling and Bookings

Booking Confirmations: All appointments are scheduled via Google Calendar and confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from LP Styled.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate styling metrics, clothing sizes, and contact details during the onboarding process.

In-Person Locations: For in-person services in California, the specific meeting location (e.g., your home, a retail store) must be agreed upon at least 48 hours before the session.
2. Rendering of Services

Service Scope: Services include virtual/remote styling across the United States and in-person styling within the San Francisco Bay Area.

Travel Fee Policy: In-person services outside of the San Francisco Bay Area are available upon request and are subject to custom travel fees (including transit, mileage, or lodging), which must be agreed upon and paid by the client prior to booking.

Deliverables: Virtual deliverables, such as digital lookbooks and shopping recommendations, will be sent to the email provided during booking.

Client Cooperation: Maximizing the value of your session requires timely communication, honest feedback, and completion of any pre-session style intake forms.
3. Fees and Payments

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your styling date. This deposit will be applied directly to your final invoice.

Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full on or before the day your service is rendered.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies

Notice Period: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Shows: If you miss your session or cancel on the same day, you will be billed for 100% of the service total, and any upfront deposits will be entirely forfeited.
5. Limitation of Liability

Independent Purchases: LP Styled provides clothing recommendations but is not responsible for the quality, fit, delivery, or return policies of items purchased from third-party retailers.

Service Satisfaction: Styling is subjective. While we strive to meet your goals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction with third-party garments.
